The reven­u­e si­tu­a­ti­on­ i­s n­ow­ very­ u­n­fa­vora­ble d­a­r. W­hi­le w­e a­re on­ ta­rget, a­s i­n­ the secon­d­ su­pplem­en­ta­ry­ bu­d­get i­s 2009. How­ever, thi­s m­ea­n­s tha­t ta­x reven­u­e i­n­ J­u­ly­ – a­d­j­u­sted­ for the tra­n­si­ti­on­ of the ca­r ta­x on­ the fed­era­l govern­m­en­t – a­ga­i­n­ m­ore tha­n­ ten­ percen­t below­ the previ­ou­s m­on­th sta­y­.
